Commissions

Do you do people portraits?

Unfortunately no at this time.

How does payment work for commissioned item?

Deposit will be required at 15% up-front for one portrait or 10% for a series of three portraits for onsite visit. 50% of remaining balance is due at time of creation and remaining balance prior to shipping.

Can I commission a painting other than what is on your website?

Yes. Please send a request using the contact form to discuss the details and availability.

Prints

Do you offer custom print sizes?

Yes! Please contact me using the contact form to request it.

How quickly will I receive my prints?

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 3-5 days via FedEx Ground.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Are taxes included in the price of the print?

No. Taxes are added to the final price during checkout based on the shipping address provided.

How are items shipped?

All items are shipped in protective tubes via FedEx Ground with Signature Required.

What is the handling time on a pre-printed item?

3-5 business days

What is the handling time on a custom item?

This varies and will be provided once you submit a request.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $15 per order.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship using FedEx.

How do I care for chalk drawings?

The actual chalk drawing cannot touch the glass. An insert will be included in your package with additional care instructions.
